Polish packaging producer Koopress Ltd has obtained a permission to open a new plant in Poland’s north-eastern part, specialised in making paper, cardboard and oth-er types of packaging.
The investment is estimated to be worth at least PLN 34.8 million (€8.2 million). Koopress is aiming to create at least 20 new jobs at the production facility.
Under the plan, the new factory is to be located in the country’s Warmia-Mazury special economic zone (WMSSE). This will enable Koopress to benefit from preferential tax treatment for its invest-ment.
