U.S. producer to invest $49M in new corrugated cardboard box plant

U.S. paper producer ND Paper is planning to invest some $49 million with the aim to open a new corrugated cardboard box plant in Racine County, in the U.S. state of Wisconsin, creating some 88 jobs at the designed facility.

 

The initiative by the U.S. manufacturer was disclosed by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp, according to the information obtained by local business daily Milwaukee Business Journal.

 

Meanwhile, the company is also investing up to $189 million in a paper mill near Wisconsin Rapids.
