ARKHBUM-UPAK LLC, which is part of the Austrian group of companies Pulp Mill Holding GmbH, increased the production of bags from paper by 162% up to 71 million units in 2021, which became one of the record figures for the market.
The company has also expanded its export range, while its share in the overall sales structure of the company is currently estimated at 10%. Now deliveries go both to the markets of the CIS countries and to European countries, such as Germany and France.
At present "ARHBUM-UPAK" specializes in the production of kraft paper bags with a width of 140 to 540 mm with twisted and flat handles.
Currently, the client base of ARKHBUM-UPAK LLC includes leading domestic and foreign chain companies, in particular McDonald`s, KFC, Adidas, Snezhnaya Koroleva, Lenta, VkusVill, Miratorg and others.
As previously reported, the company acquired a facility in the city of Kolomna in order to organize a single modern production complex in a new location.
The total investments in the first stage of construction is estimated at 1.5 billion rubles.
After moving to a new site and installing additional equipment, the company's productivity will increase to 120 million eco-packaging units per year.
