New managerial appointment Finland’s Metsä Fibre, a subsidiary of Metsä Group, has appointed Jani Oksanen as the company’s chief financial officer as of February 1, 2023, the business said in a statement.
Oksanen “moves to his new position from DEN Group Oy. Previously, Oksanen has worked at UPM-Kymmene Corporation, Foster Wheeler and Cargotec Corporation, among others. In his new position, he reports to Metsä Fibre's CEO Ismo Nousiainen,” according to the statement.
Metsä Fibre said that Antti Kiljunen, who has held the position of the Finnish company’s chief financial officer since 2019, has been appointed Metsä Group's senior finance president.
The latest human resources changes are effective as of 1 February 2023, according to the manufacturer.
Metsä Group says it has around 9,500 employees in 30 countries.
