Willamette Falls Paper Company announces the appointment of David M. Diekelman to the role of Vice President of Sales. Mr. Diekelman has already assumedthe position previously held by Mark Sterry, effective January 1, 2024.
David, a paper industry veteran, brings over 30 years of experience in numerous roles, including production, business development, marketing, and sales. With a bachelor's degree in paper engineering from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, he excels in fostering sales growth and implementing successful business strategies.
About his new role, David stated, "I am honored to take on this responsibility and look forward to leading the Willamette Falls Paper's sales group and working as part of the company's management team to help deliver future growth. Mark played a crucial role in establishing and nurturing customer relationships, helping the company navigate its start-up phase, and laying a solid foundation for its future success. Mark will continue with the company as its National Sales Director West to ensure the continuation of the strategies he helped shape.
