Heat Management has been awarded Gold Medal in EcoVadis’ sustainability assessment.
EcoVadis is a trusted global provider of business sustainability ratings with a network of more than 130,000 rated companies. Their mission is to “provide reliable, globally recognized sustainability ratings and insights, enabling all companies to reduce risk, drive improvement, and accelerate positive impact on our planet and society.”
The assessment is focused on environmental topics and how companies deal with labor and human rights issues.
Heat Management has been part of the network for three years and has rapidly increased our rating from silver to gold since our entry. Their latest report, released in September, reported that Heat Management was among the few companies awarded the gold badge in the annual assessment. Only 5% of the network’s companies are awarded this honor.
Martin Ellebro, CTO of Heat Management, says, “It’s fantastic to see that others notice the effort we put into making our company and our world a more sustainable place for the next generation.”
Heat Management was founded in 2016 following a merger between Infrafone AB and Soottech AB. The purpose of the merger was to create a world-leading cleantech company with a superior product portfolio in energy conversion adapted for industrial boilers and incinerators.
Heat Management’s primary customers include power and heat plants as well as pulp and marine companies.
