Ahlstrom has completed the divestment of its Stenay plant in France to Accursia Capital. The planned transaction was announced on 25 August 2023.
Accursia Capital now operates the Stenay plant under a new brand, Stenpa. Accursia Capital’s aim is to develop the plant further to ensure its long-term future in the competitive paper-based packaging market, securing the jobs of its employees and positively impacting the broader community of Stenay.
Accursia Capital is an investment fund based in Munich that invests in medium-sized industrial companies. The investment focus is on companies with significant operational value creation potential.
