Members of the German association Die Papierindustrie, which represents over 90 per cent of the country's pulp and paper industry, have elected a new president, Euwid reports.
Hans-Christoph Gallenkamp, CEO of German specialty paper manufacturer Felix Schoeller, has been appointed new President of the German pulp and paper manufacturers association Die Papierindustrie. He succeeds Winfried Schaur of UPM-Kymmene.
The executive committee is completed by Vice President Dr Christopher Grünewald (Grünewald Papier), Ulrich Wienbeuker (UPM-Kymmene), Maximilian Heindl (Progroup) and Dr Benno Hundgeburt (Wepa). Martin Krengel, CEO of WEPA, and Matthias Simon, Managing Director of Kanzan Spezialpapiere, have left the board.
