Canada’s Supremex reports quarterly results

New data Canadian manufacturer Supremex has announced total revenues of $73.3 million for the first quarter of 2024. This was down from $88.4 million in the same quarter of 2023, but up from $72.3 million in the fourth quarter of last year.

 

Most recently, the company announced its takeover of the assets of Forest Envelope Group. 

 

“Founded over 40 years ago, Forest Envelope is a regional leader in specialty envelope manufacturing located in Bolingbrook, Illinois in the Greater Chicago area. The transaction was concluded for a total consideration of approximately US$1.8 million, on a cash-free and debt-free basis, subject to customary adjustments, financed through the Company’s existing credit facility,” the Canadian business said in a statement.

 

Supremex describes itself as a leading North American manufacturer and marketer of envelopes and a supplier of paper-based packaging solutions.
