Advanced Industries Packaging has launched the Operational Excellence(OpEx) Deployment project, a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing our organization’s efficiency and effectiveness. This project is designed to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall performance, ensuring we deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers.
AIP will begin implementing the OpEx project with a pilot plant in Denmark, gradually deploying it to other plants in sequence. Tuğçe TANIR has successfully implemented the OpEx approach in factories within the packaging sector and across various industries for the past 15 years.
