A.Celli Group celebrates the final piece of its series of celebrations for the 80th anniversary of its activities with an event that marks not only the presentation of the commemorative volume dedicated to its history, but also the continuation of a prestigious collaboration with the Giacomo Puccini Foundation for the triennium 2025-2027.
The event, which took place on Friday, 21 February at the Puccini Museum – Casa Natale di Giacomo Puccini, represented the culmination of a Brand Heritage journey that A.Celli has undertaken to enhance its roots and project itself towards the future, while simultaneously strengthening the strong bond with the territory and the Italian cultural heritage, in the name of the great Giacomo Puccini.
A tribute to history and innovation
During the meeting, the celebratory volume “80 years on a roll” was presented, created for the 80th anniversary of its activities, a work that retraces the fundamental milestones of its development, technological evolution, and the values that have guided the group towards global success. Through historical images, testimonies, and unpublished documents, the book offers a fascinating journey into the world of A.Celli, highlighting the company’s ability to innovate while respecting tradition.
The commitment with the Giacomo Puccini Foundation
The event was also an opportunity to formalize the renewal of the partnership between A.Celli and the Giacomo Puccini Foundation, with a three-year agreement that provides concrete support for the cultural initiatives promoted by the Foundation, with particular attention to enhancing the figure of the “Maestro” on an international level. The agreement foresees a series of joint activities ranging from the organization of cultural events, exhibitions, and concerts in Italy and abroad, with a special focus on China and the United States. Particularly noteworthy is the contribution that will allow the enhancement of the “Fondo Celli” and the cultural heritage of the Museum with the acquisition of objects once belonging to the Maestro (such as the clock he gifted to Arnaldo Fraccaroli, the correspondence exchanged with Gabriele D’Annunzio, and some autographed photos).
“We are proud to celebrate this important anniversary with an initiative that not only enhances our past, but also looks to the future with a concrete commitment to culture and the territory,” declared Marco Celli, founder’s son. “Giacomo Puccini is an icon of our land and a symbol of excellence recognized all over the world: supporting the Foundation means strengthening the bond between industrial innovation and artistic heritage.”
Also, the President of the Puccini Foundation, as well as the Mayor of Lucca, Mario Pardini, expressed great satisfaction with the agreement: “Having a company like A.Celli by our side means being able to amplify the resonance of our activities and project Puccini’s figure onto an international stage, with initiatives of great cultural and touristic value.”
