Lecta announces a new price increase from 8% up to 15% on all its specialty paper grades. This price increase is essential in order to offset the continuous margin erosion driven by the increase of gas prices, energy and cost of chemicals.
The new prices for thermal, carbonless, labels and flexible packaging papers will be effective immediately for new orders and applied in all markets.
The price increases are valid for all new orders for deliveries to all markets from 1 February 2022. Additionally, Lecta also announces that all orders already accepted and confirmed for deliveries from 1 April will have an additional up-charge of 50 €/t.
