Mr. Reuswich, the owner of AIP group, and Top Management team visit the Advanced Industries Packaging plant in Achern, Germany, to discuss the progress achieved within the last 6 months since the acquisition and future strategy of AIP group development.
The visit also included a comprehensive tour of the production floor, led by the Plant Director, who provided insights into the plant's current operational activities. This hands-on experience allowed the participants to gain a deeper understanding of the plant's day-to-day operations and the dedication of the AIP team in delivering top-quality packaging solutions.
In addition to these activities, a highly productive meeting was held between the Works Council of the AIP plant in Achern and the Top Management team. This collaborative dialogue served as a testament to our commitment to fostering strong relationships with the company’s workforce, ensuring that their voices are heard and valued.
