To raise sales Romanian corrugated cardboard packaging producer Eco-pack Ghimbav is planning to increase its sales by about 8% this year to some RON 125 million ($30.8 million), according to senior company rep-resentatives.
Remus Craciun, the general manager of Ecopack Ghimbav, told local business daily Ziarul Financiar that last year, the Romanian corrugated cardboard packaging industry reported the highest increase in sales among all European countries. This was mostly due to the robust demand from foreign markets, according to Craciun.
Ecopack Ghimbav is controlled by local businessman Vladimir Cohn.
